Return Orders
Healing Zone World will NOT allow return of the products purchased from us once opened by you.  However, we do accept returns for unopened Product(s) within fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase; and the ship date of the Product(s) is the date of purchase.

Please be advised you are welcome to buy as many products as you wish, but understand we will only refund unopened products. We do NOT match any company's guarantees and/or warranties that they advertise on Television, Radio, Magazines, Newspapers, Mailings, etc.

Although there is free shipping on some orders, the actual shipping charges which have incurred will be deducted from the original purchase before authorized refunds are issued. Shipping charges are NOT refundable!

Refunds will NOT be issued until the Product(s) is received back into our shipping facility.

For returns via mail - you must carefully package the Product(s) and pay for the cost of return shipping.  Healing Zone World must physically receive the returned item(s) before the refund will be processed.
